Every externally sourced record retains source_url, source_name, source_type, retrieved_at, and last_verified_at.

Collection principles

• Prefer official APIs and public government datasets.
• Respect robots.txt, rate limits, and public access restrictions.
• No CAPTCHA bypass, auth bypass, paywall evasion, or proxy rotation to evade blocks.
• Timeouts, retries with exponential backoff, caching, and content hashing for change detection.

Indexability

We index pages only when they return HTTP 200, have a canonical URL, meaningful content, relevant data, and useful search intent. Empty geography and arbitrary filter combinations are noindexed or omitted.

Incentives wording

Incentive pages use: “Potential incentive — verify eligibility with the official program.” We never claim a visitor definitely qualifies.

AI assistance

AI may help with query interpretation, comparison summaries, drafting, and categorization. AI must never invent factual data — all claims come from stored source-backed records.
